This is NOT a Prototype. Ghia also built a coupe version of the swallow doretti on body No.1209. But dont get me wrong, this coupe has some history. Alec Pringle Posted April 13, 2011 Report Share Posted April 13, 2011 The body on chassis 1209 has been suggested by a former owner as being a Ghia production, but I don't think there is any definitive evidence to support that suggestion, unlike 1160 the Kirwan-Taylor car which has a known origin - even if much of the subsequent history of 1160 remains obscure.
