  5. Hi Pete, myself and Sue also have only the wristbands from two different sources. So no tickets required. Roger
  6. Hi Gordon, the badges are not numbers. However Badger #6 has quite cute face. Roger
  7. Badges are optional. However badgers are mandatory Roger PS - Alec you really don't need a badge
  8. Hi Folks, Windsor Forest Group from the SE Area have organised a 'Drive it Day' event at the RURAL LIFE CENTRE, Tilford Nr Farnham. www.rural-life.org.uk This is gearing up to be a great day out. Cars need to be in the centre between 9 am - 10am to get elite parking. Entry fee £6/person for TR's See the website for more details of what goes on. Roger
  9. Hi Simon, if the day is dry then it is a very pretty location and a very big common. Two or three pubs on hand to help things along. You need to book in advance. It gets fully booked early. There are always plenty of TR's and TRiumphs in general. Something from every car maker. Roger
  10. Hi Kevin, I'll be thinking of you flying up that hill whilst I am doing the RBRR. BY Sunday morning I should have done apprx 1700 miles since the Friday along with 107 other TRiumphs. Roger
  11. ....see I told you it would be awful. All that sunshine, cars, beer, food - not good for you. And all the rain . OK it was at 4am on Saturday morning for 10 minutes but it still rained. It always rains in the Lakes. I'll go again next year, just to see what goes on. Roger
  12. This is really a rubbish tour. Don't come along, you will hate it. I wouldn't recommend it. Dodgy beer and weather very iffy. That should do the trick and keep the roads free for myself. Roger
  13. Hi Graham, not your stoneage computer - my middleages one can't open it either. Roger
  14. Hi Rod & Barry, many thanks for organising a great event. You even managed to make the rain stay away. Roger & Su'e - London Group
  15. Will this be a regular event casual drive out or a one off. This Sunday is drive it day and many local clubs will have arranged their casual (not an event) drive out already. Sounds good though Roger
  16. Hi Steve, should be a very good day (if the weather behaves itself). London Group will be there. And I believe the Windsor Forest group will be there. Usually about 60-100 cars turn up. Bit of an early start though. Roger
  17. ...I didn;t spot the crows nest when on board. That would be a good place to swash ones buckles. Roger
  18. Hi Steve, that was a nice little diversion. The boat is a cracker as is the marina and surrounding area. Going through London is always a fascination - so much going on. It was good to meet you and Alan and the girls. The TRip home took in the Ace Cafe for an all day breakfast - can't miss the opportunity. Thanks again for the invite. Roger
  19. Hi Steve, sounds like fun - will it ever stop raining. Roger
