  1. Restriction in the fuel pipe from the tank
  2. There are no bearings in CP or CR manifolds from new only if they have been modified
  3. Check that the fuel return from the metering unit is clear. If it isn't it causes the metering unit to run very rich and so flooding the engine
  4. The part number is 7111-296. This is the CAV / DELPHI filter
  5. It's got the wrong inlet manifold
  6. If the needle has no tension it needs reconditioning
  7. After that length of time every pi component will need reconditioning
