  1. Thanks Russell, it's not really a workshop anymore......more of a storage facility for nice toys!
  2. I ordered some to try on a Dolomite Sprint I've recently sold. I must say it was very easy to apply, in fact like spraying water. It goes on really easy and can be left to dry naturally or wiped with a cloth. It is clear and if there is any kind of surface rust it seems to soak in and protect the surface nicely, not sure about the long term effects of it.....but apparently you can jet wash the underside and the Lanoguard remains in place without being washed off. I like it and have ordered 2 more large bottles to use moving forward...
  3. I have a very strange Belgium friend who needs some help! Has anyone got any old side screens or something he can copy to make some Doretti side screens. Please message me with any information or help....thank you! Mark
  4. Conrad, as you know anything can be restored with a bit of love and TLC.
  5. Hi Mick, Just wanted to make it clear so there is no misinterpretation You've got to have a giggle in these "lockdown" days / months / years.... Life is tooooooooo short as they say... All the best! Mark
  6. It needs a lot of work Brian, but it could be saved by somebody brave!
  7. Just thought I'd better make it clear in the title for those with "poor" eyesight or those with a personal vendetta against traders! (by the way, this is also called sarcasm ) Anyway just in case anyone is interested.... Anglia Car Auctions have a selection of Triumph's on offer in their November "online" sale. If anyone wanted any more information about any of the cars (if you're seriously interested) then I am available for a "warts and all" walkaround description of any of the cars.... THIS ONE IS MINE BY THE WAY AND IS A SERIOUS PROJECT OR DONOR: https://angliacarauct
  8. The Moss standard springs fitted are way to high (by a considerable amount about 3") - I have highlighted this to Moss several times. You'll need to order the ones Harry has fitted otherwise (lowered and uprated) otherwise it will always sit up like a "Jacked up Ford Anglia"
  9. MGTF seats dont fit in a TR4-6 unless you start "cutting" the tunnel
  10. Jochem thank you, I got impatient and ordered some from Racetorations today - your car looks fantastic my friend
  11. Anyone got any Racetorations Towel Rail Type Bumpers that they dont want? Looking for a front and rear one to replace my originals. thanks Mark
  12. Mike, My humour (or lack of) is lost on most people - TR5 and Mark 2 GT6 used the same steering wheel
  13. That looks like a GT6 Mark 2 Steering Wheel to me.....

  18. A 069 or a 072 Battery - They vary dramatically in price so shop around. I've just bought a new 072 off Ebay for £48.00 with a 74AH capacity and a CCA of 650
  19. Sounds like the ignition switch is faulty.....had exactly the same problem several times! Regards Mark
  20. That's a question bigger than my brain can handle Mick - My take is that it's a bit like the housing market, first time buyers are being awfully cautious with their money and waiting for this Brexit shenanigans to come to a conclusion. Good cars will always find new homes from genuine buyers that understand the market fluctuations. Other's see it as a good opportunity to strike a decent deal on a luxury item. Regards Mark
  21. I wasn't actually there yesterday Mick (Son's Footy) but understand the red one made about £26k plus commission. Mark
