  1. That looks impressive Richard, did you have failures before finally cracking it. What glue did you use? Adhesive and my limited talent don't blend well judging by my attempts with boot rubber
  2. Not the case James, got quoted 300+ euros for an old ( 1997 ) BMW 323i plus cost for altering lights to euro spec. Didn't bother to look into a much more valuable TR
  3. Hi all, I know this is an old topic, but last info I can find is 2008 posting. I would like to replace LH lower, mine has one vertical split. My question is what does the offering from Rimmer/Moss look like? I'm not keen on an obviously new part on a very original white dash.Have people gone down the recovering route ( diy or professional ) Many thanks John Mellor
  4. My tap won't turn and it doesn't leak, so its good news and bad news. However the tap is jammed in the block and I was afraid to use force lest I end up with a leak and a broken tap stuck in the thread. Chickened out and just flush coolant via rad plug. Anyone got thoughts on this Regards John M
  5. I might add that it's quite widespread over the glass. Did raise the issue a while back but the subsequent info didn't reassure me
  6. Hi all wondered if anyone had experience of these kits. My screen has lots of fine scratches, troublesome when sun is low. I'm wary of causing more problems
