Bugger, 7 days until we leave for the Dordogne and Angouleme and I've put my back out!

    Angouleme

Hi Kev, Yes, will post on the forum about our trip to Angouleme. Ahhh, the South of France in June 2012 via the Loire and Dordogne was a fantastic trip, and then back a week and off to Classic Le Mans in VUX. I've attached out outline itinerary below and also my spares list; of course I didn't need any of it! If you intend to visit the Dordogne, then I would highly recommend staying at the Vineyard in Minzac which is a run by friends of Kiwifrog (Alan Wynn) - the website is in the itinerary and a YouTube video is on a Facebook photo page.

  4. Off to the Monaco Historic in May 2014 Howard - Link and then Circuit des Remparts, Angouleme in Sep with Mr & Mrs Drunken Folly - Link That's if Duncan's TR5 will start..................and then keep going! Cheers Andrew

Yep, Roger took the hard top off of our 4A as it was such a lovely day. before he had put the top it away it had turned cloudy and as we drove out of our road it started raining. By the time we got to The Crown at Capel it was raining quite hard and we discovered the surrey roof stay had broken and we had no umbrella to take its place. Inside of the car got a soaking while we had a very nice lunch.
