Which LED bulbs did Santa bring you Alan? Don't forget to turn the adaptor on the base if required - I missed that in the instructions, and had an LHD dip pattern for a while!

Driving down a steep ice-snow-covered hill road in the old CRV I found the ABS too effective- it triggered and the car slid faster. The answer I was told is ot remove the fuse, allowing the wheels to lock up and build a wedge of snow to slow progress. Have yet to see what the Dacia does in that situation, but I doubt theres a separate fuse to pull. Peter

Seem to think my Nissan X-Trail had a snow mode setting that had this effect. Never had the need to use it though.

  3. Just wondered if a driver takes out another car and race control deem it was a deliberate act can the offending car be disqualified? This is the only thing that would prevent Max winning the champioship.

    What make is it?

I run slightly lowered suspension in the 4a and the 6.  That was one of the reasons for planning the 4 poster. That and it avoids kneeling down to check I have got the arms correctly placed.

Liftech. The model for a normal height garage and normal height 4A. I mark the arm positions on the garage floor to avoid kneeling. It's a bu**ger is old age

  5. I had a similar problem and like yourself changed the worn looking spindles and the butterflies without success. I found that a very light finger press on one of the spindles reduced the tick over although I could not feel any play. So I fitted an oversize spindle. This has completely cured the problem so it would appear you only need a small amount of wear of the spindle bores to effect the tick over.
