During the course of the day there will be a BBQ serving bacon rolls, burgers and hot dogs with vegetarian options also available. There will also be tea, coffees and home made cakes available, other refreshments will also be available in the Sports Club, as are toilets.
PLEASE arrive well before 11:00am – when it opens to the general public, and the railway will be running, so access will be closed.
As space is limited, you need to register, as detailed below.

to have to turn anyone away, therefore please provide the details below by no later than
6th July.

CLASSIC VEHICLE SHOW AT
BURGHCLERE SPORTS CLUB & MINIATURE RAILWAY
SUNDAY 13TH JULY 2025
INFORMATION FOR VEHICLE OWNERS
We are looking forward to welcoming a great selection of classic vehicles to our Classic
Car Show. We welcome all types of interesting classic vehicles: cars, bikes, scooters,
commercial vehicles, traction engines etc.
Entry is by registration only. Vehicles should arrive between 09:00 and 10:30 at the
latest. The address is Burghclere Sports Club, Harts Lane, Burghclere, Newbury RG20
9JD.
On arrival into the Car Park you will be greeted by our marshals and shown to your
display slot, just stop by the Vehicle Check-in tent. Our aim is to get you in position quickly
which is why we ask for your vehicle make and registration number so that we can
recognise you as you arrive and not keep you waiting.
Ground rules –
For safety reasons vehicle movement during the day will not be permitted.
As the Miniature Railway will be running throughout the day, exit from the Recreation
Ground will be restricted. Vehicles will only be allowed to leave on the hour/every hour for
10 minutes.
Should you have an emergency and need to leave urgently, please seek one of the display
marshals who will make arrangements with the Operations Manager for the railway to be
stopped and you will be guided out of the grounds.
Vehicle engines are to remain off once your vehicle is in position please. For the safety of
the public no vehicles should be driven around the ground nor any rides given.
No reversing unless guided by a Marshal.
Free Hot drinks will be available to all Exhibitors – please advise the volunteers at the
Tea/Coffee stand that you are exhibiting
