Rose Revived Drive and Lunch Fully Booked

Hi Everyone Sorry We are now fully booked as of the 7th august

For our August mid-monthly were are planning a morning drive out to the Rose Revived, Newbridge, OX29 7QD, on Wednesday 21st August.

This is a delightful pub beside the Thames, and is an easy 30 miles run over the Downs from the Newbury area, and a similar distance from Reading.

We are planning to meet at Newbury and Streatley, with both groups joining at Wantage for the final leg. Final details to follow.

After lunch there are boats available for hire on the river for people who want to get out on the water.

On the way back we can stop at the historic market town of Wantage, birth place of Alfred the Great.

If you are interested in joining this run, let us know. We have suggested about 20 people.
