Leicestershire TR Group TR Register 50th Anniversary Photo Shoot

STILL GOING AHEAD AS PLANNED!

A mere 25 years ago the Leicestershire Group organised the '25' Photo for the TRaction celebration edition - that photo included all TR models 2 to 8.

Next year we plan to do better for the '50' photo, and include all the derivatives as well, but we need your help with the cars.

We already have several cars, including a Swallow Doretti, Dove and Grinnall signed up, but we need a genuine TR8, Peerless/Warwick and Italia to complete the picture. We also need more examples of each model of TR together with hopefully, more than one of each derivative.

The ‘50’ photo will be an important historical document - there is probably no single photograph which includes all TR and all derivative models.

Owners of cars who wish to be included in the photo please forward their name, area group, car registration number & colour, and contact details (mobile & email) to:

Registration for the event will close at 70 confirmed cars. Those already confirmed need not do so again. Of those confirmed, all cars that turn up on the day will be included in the photograph. When the 5 and 0 slots have been filled the overspill cars will be arranged in ‘under-lines’.

We will have exclusive use of the main car park for our cars including support cars, and will have access, along with other visitors, to toilet facilities. Beaumanor Park have made their car park/facilities available to us free of charge so please support this provision.
