I bought this car 11 years ago for my wife to use, but then we found a red Trophy, so this one was put in the garage and left, I have only recently got round to re commissioning it, it has now been sorted ready for the road brakes done including new rear discs and pads new rear flexy pipes, fluid replaced. Under floor metal water pipes replaced with stainless steel ones, new OAT 50% antifreeze. The emissions failed the test so it had to have a new front exhaust pipe with lambda sensor and new catalytic converter, that put the emissions to virtually zero, so the MOT is done with no advisories, with a new set of plugs it now runs great, very lively, the head gasket was replaced prior to my ownership and the emissions being low shows the engine to be very good condition.
The car is solid no rust or welding done or required, there are a few areas in need of a bit of paint, see the photos, this is for the new owner to improve, the car is mechanically sound and ready for a bit of cheap hood down motoring, it looks pretty good from a short distance and can be enjoyed now and improved later. It is a great car to enjoy now. cash or bank transfer accepted. Someone will get a bargain.
