Manage your membership

The TR Register Car Club's Annual Members' Meeting will be held on Sunday, March 16th, 2025 at the British Motor Museum, Gaydon at 14:00 in South Wing 5.

This year, as your attendance at the Annual Members' Meeting includes free entry to the British Motor Museum, we have opted to start the meeting after lunch, to allow you the chance to look around the museum's many interesting exhibits using your free pass before the meeting starts. These can be picked up from the main desk, just mention you are attending the TR Register Car Club event. The café will be open for lunch and refreshments before the meeting.

Please register your attendance below to help us prepare the seating arrangements and other logistics for the day.

Can't attend the AMM? You can still vote via proxy...

It is, of course, crucial that we achieve a good turnout at the British Motor Museum for our Annual Members' Meeting in order to meet the quorum required to hold the meeting.

However, we do understand that in these times of busy lives, there may be a number of good reasons why members may not be able to attend but would still like their say.

Proxy Voting allows you to assign your vote to someone present at the meeting. This can be either the Chairman of the meeting or a friend. You can either instruct that person to exercise their own discretion on which way to vote, or you can be specific and instruct them to vote a certain way. If members place a discretionary vote with the chairman, then the chair will always vote with the Management Team's recommendations as outlined on the proxy form. If you instruct the chairman to vote specifically in a certain way, then that is how your vote will be recorded by the proxy officer.

If you assign your vote to another member, either discretionary or specifically, they will receive an email once your proxy form is completed informing them of the proxy they are carrying and how you have instructed them to vote.

Proxies will only be counted if a poll is called, and abstentions are not counted. The chairman will call a poll on all resolutions at the 2025 AMM. To learn how proxy voting works, you can read our guide.

Proxy Voting is open now. It will close at 14:00 on Friday, March 14th, 2025 (48 hours before the meeting) to allow the data to be prepared for the AMM on Sunday.
