I'm after some advise..

I'm currently going though the body and cutting out rust. I'm trying to keep as much original as poss and patch where necessary. There are areas of the floor panels that are heavily rusted. So at what point do you replace a panel rather than patch..? Can you physically replace a floor panel whilst still on the chassis..?

I'd appreciate any input..
