Technical Help

TR Register - Technical Help The club has a volunteer team of technical experts who can be contacted via email (technical@tr-register.co.uk) or letter. They will respond the same way. Suitable questions and answers will be printed in TR Action.

The TR Register have forged strong links with many specialist TR spares suppliers and restoration companies. Many companies give members discounts and all willingly give help and advice.

The club operates a Spares Development Fund to assist in the manufacture of otherwise unobtainable spares, although for all models of TR the spares situation is generally very good and many suppliers operate a world-wide mail order scheme. Many members advertise TR spares, for sale or wanted, in the club magazine free of charge.

The club also has a series of information sheets "Buyer Beware" for each model of TR. A more formal engineers report on a potential purchase may be obtained from the company "Classic Assessments" who do pre-purchase inspections for a very reasonable fee.
