Welcome to the TR Stoke Group, a vibrant community of TR enthusiasts with a rich history spanning over 35 years. Founded in August 1981 by Chris Mountford and Nigel Pugh, our group has been a cornerstone of the TR Register community, nurturing a passionate love for these iconic cars.
Our journey began at The Plough on Campbell Road in Stoke, where our inaugural meeting took place with Chris and Nigel at the helm as joint group leaders. Since then, our commitment to the TR legacy has only grown stronger.
From the outset, we've been active participants in the local show scene, proudly showcasing our beloved TRs and engaging with fellow enthusiasts. But our passion extends far beyond the local arena. We've embarked on thrilling tours, both independently and in collaboration with other TR Register local groups. Our adventures have taken us to iconic destinations like Le Mans, where we've celebrated the enduring spirit of these timeless classics.
Beyond our regular meetings and show appearances, the TR Stoke Group organises a diverse array of events and days out for members to enjoy. Whether it's a scenic drive through picturesque countryside, a technical workshop to hone your TR maintenance skills, or a social gathering to share stories and experiences, there's always something exciting on the horizon.
