Christmas comes again for Kennet Valley TR Group

Kennet Valley TR Group celebrated Christmas and the New Year at Wroxton House Hotel over the weekend, members from KVG and their friends from White Horse Group and Wyedean Group, joined in the spirit with an excellent weekend culminating in a super dinner and dance on the Saturday night.

There was of course a raffle in aid of the clubs charities MacMillan Nurses and Thames Valley Air Ambulance, along with two generous donations from Beale Park for 2 adults and 2 children, and by Cotswold Wildlife Park for two adults. Sara & Dave Westwood secured the Beale Park tickets to take their grand children and Toney Dines ably outbid himself for the Cotswold Wildlife Park. All in All it raised £275.00 to be shared between the charities.

As you can see great fun for everyone with party poppers, squealing balloons and crackers, to add to the excitement.A BIG thank you to Karen Woolnough for the organisation and coordination of this great event, Christine & Stewart Highnett for the raffle, Tony Musto for the Cotswold Wildlife ticket and Linda Barrell for Beale Park, everyone is now preparing themselves for next years event, watch this space for details and see you there.
