Hi not to much has happened since the last social scene but maybe our AGM results will fill the gap, there were no new nominations for committee so block vote of all existing members, you my have been aware that we were looking for a replacement Treasurer but Dave Westwood is now happy to carry on as the raffle duties have been taken over by Stewart Highnett and a rota of members for when he is not available. Main points the KVG is in a healthy position and we continue to raise monies 50/50 split between Air Ambulance and Macmillan Nurses.

I know you all worry about receiving the Nut of the Year but relax it isn't coming your way as no nominations were received so Dan & Val are custodians for another year, maybe we are getting more careful or just not letting on. A new trophy was introduced The Bright Spark Award for ideas for new events or ideas to keep the club gogs turning was introduced a boot fare find courtesy or Dave.

The skittles match between us and Glavon saw an over subscribed attendance with us lending some KVG to Glavon with the same result a win for Glavon we never learn!! a great event long may it continue. many thanks to The White Hart Stratton.

KVG attended The Coleford Festival with our friends from Wye Dean, and a large turnout of Triumphs a great event a possible weekender? Eddie and Den attended the Castle Coombe Track day see photo, hopefully Eddie's wobble has gone!!

One of our newer members Phillip O'Neil had his first nightmare job on his TR7 replacing the water pipe behind the inlet manifold,I hear you TR7 owners groaning, but he has conquered this with the help of club members advice ,lots of it no doubt, and a blow by blow phone coaching via Pete Woolnough to a happy conclusion ponce again reinforcing the benefits of classic car ownership and belonging to the right club.
