Looks like a sensible basis for a total rebuild, at least as Peerless go, although I'm not convinced about the originality of the r&p conversion mentioned in the description. Hardly difficult to convert back to original steering though.
Value ? Anything between £5K and £7K I'd guess . . . .

i think this guy is a dealer, he's never been in touch with the P&WOR but Lancashire rings a bell. he turned another one round very quickly I think last year.

£7,100 for what appears to be a basket case full restoration project is strong money indeed, especially with 4 bidders over the £6K mark.
I'd part with mine at that sort of figure !
