Handy wiper wiring info.

Recommended Posts

I have had problems with the wipers on my CC TR6, eventually got them to work at both speeds but would not park.

wasn't getting a feed from the park switch on the wiper motor, so bought a new switch.

The original switch is held in with 2 small screws, the new switch has a steel clip to slide in place.

sadly the old motor housing doesn't have the groove for the clip to slide in so I held it in with one 4mm Bolt, it won't move definitely .

but it wasn't the switch!!!!!

I found the problem using this wonderful info thats easily followed, and found that some nitwit had got his BG's mixed up Blue and green and his Brown and green. Me

Now all is well again, this is a good set of drawings.
