Clutch travel - signs of wear or can be adjusted?

Recommended Posts

I replaced the clutch when the engine was rebuilt about 3k ago. No problems but have noticed in the last month that - more often than not - I have to push the pedal quite far - almost to the floor - to disengage. Can this be adjusted? or a sign that the clutch isn't built to last?

Check for fluid leaks or flexi expanding, but TBH sounds like the cross shaft pin may have sheered. Did you cross pin it when you fitted the box back in?

Stuart.
