DavidWilson1948
I am thinking of buying a TR250 from California. I have found one in pretty good condition. It all seems to be correct. It has mixed Vin and Engine numbers which the owner tells me is quite common for TR250s. I am a TR3A owner and i have to say do not know too much about the TR250/5 models. \ Can anyone give me any thoughts?
Tom Fremont
Hi David, If it's a California car all its life then well found! It looks right in the pics except for door mirror and valve cover. Wheels are splined hub alloys which are probably better than the originals but not necessarily. Not sure what you want to know...but I've owned one since 1976 so have all the answers ! Cheers, Tom
AL TR250
I imported one from Canada about 3 years ago (with matching numbers!!) that originally came from California. I am actually just selling it, if you want to save yourself the trouble of importing...... If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask. Others will have far more mechanical knowledge than me, but I have imported a few cars over past several years, so may be able to help on that front. Ali
