TPTHURLOW
Is there a trick when fitting the hub oil seals? I've now knackered two trying to get them in. Thanks, Tom
BlueTR3A-5EKT
Which axle type? Lockheed or Girling. I would use a BIG socket or piece of thick wall tubing and tap it in very gently each side, all the way round, a touch at a time. Be sure to get it in the right way round too. Ian Vincent
I can't remember if this was the job that I used a scrap piece of scaffold tube for. It was certainly something to do with the rear axle. Rgds Ian
