nigethomas Posted June 29, 2017 Author Report Share Posted June 29, 2017 Hi Roger Basically I got new gearbox fitted and Roadtested it and then there was clattering sound coming from the differential.ive removed all the axle at weekend and discovered after stripping That pinion shaft has teeth missing so far down.also slight damage to crown.also the axle mounting points are all corroded and damaged Nige Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Martin Not sure about ratio but certainly brackets and also the half shafts themselves are heavier duty which is why the rally boys with 4`s tend to collect them. Stuart.
