Bill Bourne
Hi all Does anyone know how to overcome the issue of getting the slow speed to work on the wiper switch.? I don't have an original TR5 switch ( i wish !) , but I do have a TR6 original hooters switch which works well enough, but not the slow speed. I think there is an internal difference between the original TR5 and TR6 hooter switches. The slow speed works with another type of switch, i.e. pull out type, so I know it's the switch. if not, I guess I'll just have to forego a slow speed. Not a big loss, but. would be nice to get it working. Thks Bill

Bill Bourne
Hi Graham Yes - 4 terminal. I've tried searching on ebay under sellers "blowyourhorn" but nothing. I think the original TR5 switches are like hens teeth and if you find one, woh ! loads of money. I can't see that it's worth spending £100 +++ for a slow speed even if you could find one. Hi Nick. You should be able to see the Nos. on the switch. i.e 1,2 3. ( you might need a magnifying glass, I did) and if you look closely at the TR5 wiring diagram I sent to you, you can see the nos on there as well with the correct colour wire against them. Is your original switch also broken, like mine ? best Bill
