I'd like to see it with silver painted wheels for comparison. Looks great as it is, but might look even better. Can someone photoshop some in? Way past my IT skills.

It looks more modern with the silver wheels to my eye. I've seen the painted wheels on TR2's rather than 3a's a lot so that might be why.

 

The body colour wheels certainly make the car more individual. If I bought the car with silver painted wheels I would never change to body colour. But if I bought your car as it stands today, I'd be reluctant to paint them silver.

 

So I guess my answer is, much as I didn't expect to, I think the wheels look good in body colour.

That would be very nice! Closing the back wheels adds a lot to the look of the car!

 

Are you considering entering the Concours d' Elegance in Apeldoorn this year? If so, you can use my garage to prep your car. (After all, it's a 3 mins drive to the Palace garden and it was good enough for Raymond to win the Concours)
