Rob Clarke Posted January 31, 2017 Report Share Posted January 31, 2017 Hi All, Recently bought a 62 TR4 imported from California (little rust but lots of dents!), it has a body plate number a long way off the seemingly matching commission, engine and gearbox numbers (in range 15817 to 15878). The body number is 9780CT and I assumed it was a replacement body at some point in the past. However, now in receipt of the heritage certificate, I see that this was the original body fitted to the car at the factory. This seems odd. Anyone else have numbers on their car so far apart?
