tjmmartin
I appreciate this topic is a little old but I wondered if anyone could help me? Similar problem to the first question....blocked drain hole. Disconnected battery as suggested and can get a screwdriver about an inch into the hole before it hits solid crud. Happy to chip away but I wondered at what depth do I stop digging?! Thanks Tim
Rod1883
I've used part of an old wire coathanger in the past - wiggle it around and it should clear
Motorsport Mickey
There's No 4 liner the other side of the block wall, not quite on the centre line so a little way in, clue is to aim any prodders towards the front of the engine which gives you a little more space and when you get water coming out ...stop. If you've drained the water a different way top the block up again, it's a useful tell tale when enough has been removed. Mick Richards
