Alfie14 Posted October 6, 2015 Report Share Posted October 6, 2015 The gear change on my TR4A has always been notchy, but l have noticed that it is getting worst, some times after a longish run engaging 1st at a roundabout/junction can be difficult. Reverse can also be a problem. Is it a case of rebuilding the gear change or could it be more serious like a gear box problem. The clutch seems OK, not slipping and take up is good. RogerH Posted October 6, 2015 Report Share Posted October 6, 2015 Hi Andy, before condemning the GB is the clutch slave cylinder adjusted as good as it should be.
