If you are a member of the TR Register (i.e. have paid the membership fee), then as far as I know you should be able to post to all sections of the forum. But if you are not a TRR member, then you will not be able to access the "Members Chat" area. It could be that you have joined the TRR, but have not been given permission yet, in which case contact the powers that be and ask if you can have your status updated. If you use the contact number on the home page for the main office, they will be able to sort this fir you.
