Sparkplug
I had a red lens cover pop off on my 1973 US carb TR6. It's the one between the brake light, and the turn indicator. There is no bulb behind, just some type of foil. Before I silicone it back on, is the foil some type of reflector material? Should I polish it before installing the lens? It's kind of dull, and I'm sure I can bring it to a high polish with Flitz polish or something similar. Also, the foil is not straight. Should I straighten it out so it would reflect all the light coming from another car from behind? Cheers, George.
