Gents (or Lady)

Can you please advise which of these 700 tripods is the appropriate version for an early 3A.

There is this one at £89 quid a pair with a shield logo - PL700

....or this one with a dot logo at £69 a pair - P700

Also, if I want to go with the side lamp in the headlamp, is it one of these that I need - if so which one and do I just divert the side lamp feed from the front indicator to the headlamp?

Thanks as always

Hi Austin,

With regards to your question about sidelights in headlights, there is an alternative that doesn't involve frigging about with the wiring. You can get LED bulbs that glow white or yellow dependent on the feed. I have used them in my front sidelights so that I have yellow indicators and white sidelights. The only downside is that they have a very white (nearly blue) light when used as sidelights.
