Jomps
Arriving back from Le Mans Claasic the car would not start in ferry car park.. No power to fuel pumps. Rigged a temporary supply and got home. When I started working to find the wiring problem the pump stopped working despite having a good supply and earth. Pump has only done about 5K. Any suggestions or is it an EX pump Peter

RobinTR6
Opinions recommend both, I've had both is Lucas and Bosch and have settled on Mr Lucas for the foreseeable future. Not sure how easy it is to fix a Bosch no doubt others will know.
peejay4A
If it doesn't run with a good supply and a good earth then it's dead or at the very best untrustworthy. Try measuring it with an ohmmeter. I don't know what it should read but if it's open circuit it's definitely dead.
