Wanted 1969 Throttle body PI hoses

Recommended Posts

Hi gary.

Servo hose is just standard braided hose from most auto factors. T-body- if you mean the large bore hose from plenum then any of the usual suppliers like rimmers, moss, tr shop, etc will have.

No idea on tiger hoses, don't think you can poach tigers anymore...!! :-)

Cheers,

J.

Gary,

I don't think you need tiger hoses, I think they were only fitted to TR5/250.

'69 TR6 should have black hoses. Green on later model TR6.

Cheers

Hi Graeme,

Unfortunately the US bound 69 TR6 did have the tiger or bumble bee striped hoses.....They are photographed in the 1969 TR6 US spec brochure. I cannot comment on the 69 PI cars.

Not easy to find so most of us just use the available green hoses.

Depends on how original (or to original specification) you want it to be?
