Fireman049
I'm having problems with fitting the adaptor plate to the oil filter outlet on my 3A. The adaptor unions point down and they foul the dipstick boss. Can anyone please let me have a photo. of their installation. Thanks ~ Tom.

McMuttley
I'll be in the garage tomorrow clamping up my lose exhaust, trying to fit a hardtop and generally being a noisy smelly neighbour. PM me your email and a pic or your finger pointing at what to photo(!) and I will email a pic back.
Ashley James
I had one on mine but the pipes fouled the engine mount and the cooler being clamped to the apron behind the grill caused it to vibrate and fracture. Waste of time, or did Triumph use one for Le Mans?
Paul Harvey
Tom, If you do fit an oil cooler at least make sure you have a thermostat as the car will run too cool most of the time otherwise. You can get the adaptor plate with a thermostat already fitted which makes life easier but I don't know about the problems you are having with fouling.
