Pics of my TR4A

Recommended Posts

Yes Peter they are Na6 modelMX5 seats, fitted in very easily, use the MX5 mounting runners and make up simple mounts from RHS & flat steel which bolts to the MX runners and the original TR mountings in the floor. Sit the seats in first and pack up to a comfortable height for yourself and then use the suitable RHS front and rear to give the height and rake you chose, I believe the later model MX seats are a bit wider wqhich may not fit. Watch for clearance of the hood when its folded down and if you have a rollbar fitted can possibly restrict rear travel,it did on mine but was still OK for me but not my six ft three mate.

Pampa: Nice 4A. had one just like yours (but with the steering wheel on the left) back in my college days.

All the best,

Frank

Hi Danny,

Welcome to the "postings"

It's really chilly here at the mo. What's it like down under?

Like the pics.

Hi Pampa,

Always loved that dark BRG shade close to Jaguar Racing Green.

Roughly whereabouts are you.........with the corrugated iron roofing, shady verandahs and a bit hilly, I'd guess Blue Mountains west of Sydney as a stab in the dark.

Just hope you aren't in a bushfire prone area.

Meanwhile, happy New Year,

Regards,

Viv.
