How do I get into the forum and forum rules.
Q: How do I get into the Forum?:
A: Follow the steps below and you shouldn't have a problem....
Register. Follow the large link on the first page of the forum that says: NOT REGISTERED? REGISTER HERE! Click the "REGISTER HERE" link. This takes you to a new page.
Enter a username. (This is the only name that other participants in the Forum will see.)
Enter a password. (Passwords must be between 3 and 32 characters long)
Re-enter your password.
Add your e-mail address. (Check to make sure you have spelt it correctly. This is very important, because the Forum will send you an e-mail with the final part of the registration process. Other Forum members will not have access to your e-mail address. If they elect to send you an e-mail through the Forum, the software redirects their mail to you without the sender seeing it).
Read the terms of use, and if you are happy with our terms, check the box below.
You will then be taken to a second page that says "Thank you "Your username". Your registration has been submitted. The board administrator has chosen to require validation for all e-mail addresses. Within the next ten minutes (usually instantly) you'll receive an e-mail with instructions on the next step.
Open the email sent to you by the forum. In this e-mail will be your registration details. Also will be this message:"To activate your account, simply click on the link below! Please note, that if you don't activate your account within 30 days, you will have to re-register."
IMPORTANT. You may need to cut and paste that link into your web browser's address bar. Make sure you include the whole address (It may be on 2 lines) If you get an error, you may finish off the registration manually. There will be another link and simple instructions for what to do.
Once you have verified your registration by completing the above: Click the "Proceed to log in" link.
You are now taken back the the first Forum Page.
This time, enter your chosen username and password and click the "Log me in" button. (Remember that your user name and password are case sensitive!)
You are then taken to the Forum.
That's it!
Q: I don't seem to be able to post in topics after I have registered?
A: This is probably because you haven't completed your registration. Once you have entered your details in the registration area, you are automatically sent an email confirming your details and it includes a link that YOU MUST FOLLOW for the system to verify you. SO DO CHECK YOU INPUT YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS - You'd be surprised at how many who don't!
Q: I have changed my email address, but now I can't post in the Forum?
A: Presuming you typed in your new e-mail address correctly when you made the change, you should have received an e-mail in your new e-mail account, from this board with a special link to follow to authorize your account. MAKE SURE you have the whole of the address string in your web address bar, or you will get a message saying "One of the data fields contained the incorrect type of data, please double check the URL. You are currently logged in as (Your username)"
If, when clicking the link in the e-mail, you only get part of the address string (URL) in your web browser address box, then copy and paste the whole address from your email into your browser.

Note about Forum postings.
The purpose of this note is to ask for contributors to take care with the content of postings made to the Forum when raising issues about experiences with suppliers of goods and services. We have received a number of comments from suppliers concerning issues which are being discussed in Forum where these matters would be more properly addressed directly and in private between customer and supplier.
We will edit postings if we feel this rule is being infringed.
