AMENDED - TR Register Shropshire and Dorset Groups Joint March Hare Run - AMENDED
Please find attached a revised flyer for the March Hare Run because I made a mistake on the original. The meeting time should be 10 am (as per "What's On" etc) and not 10:30!
Having driven the run yesterday, I think that it would be good if we can aim to set off from Mile End at 10:15. Yoland at ShACC has warned me that the coach park at Mile End is in a perilous state with a huge pothole. We will meet in the main car park and drive to Llanfyllin where the Dorset Group will be waiting for us.
I have arranged tea, coffee & cake at The Loch Café at the town end of the lake. They are closing just to accommodate us. Tea/coffee £2 per cup. Tea/coffee & cake £3. Would you please pay Helen C or me. Parking is on the Public Foreshore at £2.50 per car.
A quick reminder that lunch needs to be ordered in advance. Places are limited so please let me know asap. Your food choices will be shown on your personal copy of the route. Please pay Helen. Exact money (or rounded up with a tip) would be most helpful.
We will have a short comfort break in Lanfyllin on the way back. There are toilets in Llanfyllin but the Town Council have closed the ladies and the gents. However the disabled loo is open but only accommodates one at once! So if needs must don't hang around!
