TR Register Event - Bicester Heritage Sunday Scramble - 1st one of 2018
The TR Register has again arranged a discounted ticket price for this event, In order to obtain club tickets TR Register members will need to click on the 'Enter Promotional Code' at this link Book Tickets towards the top of the 'Tickets' block on the booking page and input the club discount code, contact Phil Horsley or Peter Bowden who will supply the code which can then be entered and the club ticket option will then be visible for members to select and purchase your tickets.
Please note, club tickets sales close at midnight Monday 1st January 2018 and are subject to availability.
Clubs attending with 10 vehicles or more may be allocated their own club parking display area. In the event that this number is not achieved and we are unable to provide a display parking area Bicester will advise affected clubs after the ticket cut-off date of 1st January 2018.
Please note, at this event the various workshops at the Heritage will be open to view and talk with the Proprietors.
Clubs are welcome to use flags and gazebos to promote themselves within their club display area but will need to make sure that they have their own insurance to cover any damage caused should any of these items fall or blow over. The TR Register has provided Bicester with a copy of the insurance and a risk assessment.
