Devon Group - Sunday lunch at the Tom Cobley Tavern, Spreyton

Following the success and impressive portions at The Tom Cobley Tavern we're going there again but a little earlier in the year, so that we can enjoy the scenic drive even more!

They have once again been awarded Devon Life's Food and Drink Awards 'Best Devon Sunday Roast Finalist 2018 and they have recently been awarded Exeter and East Devon CAMRA Pub of the Year 2019 and have now gone through to the South West Regional Judging! This lunchtime meeting is kindly being arranged by John and Dominique Sharpe.

Prior to this, we will meet up at the Café on the Green at Widecombe in the Moor http://www.thecafeonthegreen.co.uk/ for coffee and chat.

We aim to gather at the café from 10.30 and will be leaving around 11.45 to get to the Tom Cobley for around 12.30, to allow time to get organised, buy our drinks at the bar and then go through to the dining room and be seated for lunch at 1.00pm.

We look forward to you joining us for what will be our last Sunday lunch event of 2017 (apart from our Christmas Lunch).
