It’s down to the wire. Unlike the F1 Championship, our sprint and hillclimb championship will be decided at the last event of the season, next weekend at Castle Coombe. Nail biting stuff. It simply couldn’t be closer.

Jonathon Weedon is currently in top slot with a maximum 50 points. But if David Hardcastle puts in another stella performance he can snatch it away from Jonathon. But even then it’s not certain, as even if David scores a maximum 10, Jonathon simply has to score 9.93 or above to win. And last time out on the short circuit at Coombe, Jonathon scored maximum points, so this is going to be very tight.
