CLM2010 Booking Information
The TR Register office will be sending out booking forms in the next few days to all members have registered their interest - alternatively book here now (shop link).
Please complete the booking form as required, clearly indicating the number of camping tickets required and the numbers in your party if you are booking on behalf of a group.

Standard Package:
Our standard package comprises one camping ticket, two entrance tickets, two quality polo shirts, TR Register Le Mans Classic rally plate, windscreen sticker and information CD. Additional Polo shirts and “T” shirts can be ordered separately from the TR Register Shop at a later date.
Each pitch is numbered and is 7 x 5 metres. Enough space for one tent and one car. All tickets are verified on entry and exit of the site.
In the past grandstand tickets and paddock passes have been free, but in their wisdom the A.C.O. have decided to charge for them in 2010. We have therefore left these to your discretion, but would strongly recommend both as they add greatly to the overall enjoyment of the weekend.
Single Entrance Tickets:
We have a limited number of tickets with camping, a single entrance ticket and Polo shirt. If you require this option please book early as they are very limited.
Non-camping:
For those not camping our package is as above based upon two entrance tickets plus one car parking ticket. Additional entrance tickets can also be purchased and will include one polo shirt per ticket. Additional packs containing Polo shirts rally plate sticker and CD are also available for those going it alone but wish to be seen to part of the TR Registers event.
Deposit:
A non refundable deposit is required for all bookings of £100 payable by 31st January 2010. After which no further bookings will be accepted. Balances must be paid in full by April 30th 2010.
Track laps are available and are being arranged in conjunction with the T.S.S.C. These must be paid for in full when booking. These strictly non refundable and may be cancelled by the race organisers at short notice.
Hotels:
Hotels are available at a 5% discount on published prices direct from “Just Tickets” telephone (0)1304 228866. A £50 deposit will be required for your hotel room payable to “Just Tickets” with full balance eight weeks before departure.
All tickets will be allocated on a priority basis. Priority will be given using the original list of those who registered an interest earlier this year, and to TR Register members. The A.C.O. do not release tickets until a few weeks before the race. Your full pack will be sent with your tickets.
Your booking form, and all correspondence from the TR Register office will have a unique booking number. Please ensure you use this when paying your balance or for any further orders to ensure your priority treatment.
