TR6: The Knowledge
The last of the separate chassis TRs, being a TR5 with a re-styled body by Karmann of West Germany. North American types had twin Stromberg carburettors; the rest of the world got Lucas fuel injection. There were several updates. CP Commission Number cars had 150bhp with injection, measured to different standards, and not as big a de-tune as it looked. 91850 cars built 1968 to 1976.

Suspension Details
Front: Independent by unequal lenggth double wishbones, coil springs and telescopic dampers. Rack and pinion steering.
Rear: Independent rear suspension (IRS) by semi trailing
arm, coil springs and lever arm dampers.
Wheels: Pressed steel disc with 5.5 x 15 tyres.
